• Ready-stock sarees are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.
• Some products may require additional processing time and can take up to 7–10 business days to dispatch.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.
• During festive seasons, sales, or high-order periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Time
• Delivery time depends on the product and delivery location.
• Ready-stock products are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Products requiring additional processing may take longer, with dispatch taking up to 7–10 business days.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.
5. Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or other available communication methods.
6. Incorrect Address
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
• Draupathi Vastralaya is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Delivery Issues
• If your parcel appears damaged during delivery, please record a complete uncut parcel opening video and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
• Claims without a complete uncut opening video will not be considered.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
• While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur.
• If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in coordinating with the courier service.
