RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. No Return & No Refund Policy

   • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.

   • Please review product details, images, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged Parcel Claims

   • In case of major damage, missing items, or incorrect products, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

   • A complete uncut parcel opening video is mandatory for any claim.

   • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened from the beginning until the product is fully visible.

   • Claims without a complete uncut opening video will not be accepted.

3. Claim Review

   • Once the claim is received, our team will review the video and supporting evidence.

   • If the claim is found valid, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.

4. Order Cancellation

   • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

   • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
